Gary Lloyd - Principal Consultant

Gary is a programme and project management specialist with a particular emphasis on Lean Project Management,
through: 

  • consultancy & assurance
  • coaching & mentoring
  • training and facilitation

Gary has been helping businesses to deliver IT enabled change for over 20 years. His roles have ranged from being the business leader who drives the change, through to being a trusted advisor to CEO's and COO's, helping them to get value from their projects, programmes and ventures.

He is a Steering Committee member for the Warwick Business School Mentoring Programme and also on the school's executive coaching panel.

Doris Stahl - Principal Consultant

Doris has been a learning and development specialist for over 15 years.

Before that she used to run chains of pubs, restaurants and hotels for one the UK's biggest hospitality companies. She is currently helping one of Europe's most prestigious car manufacturers to improve the quality of its training, by evaluating the performance its trainers and delivering training to help them improve. This work has taken her all of the world, including Europe, India, Asia, Africa and North America. 

Doris also has her own business, delivering  training, coaching and mentoring to German speaking entrepreneurs. Doris is German by birth but has now lived in the UK longer than she did in Germany.
